Macaroni Salad

1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
2 Tbsp. bell pepper, minced
1 Tbsp. onion, grated
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
3 Tbsp. celery, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients. Mix and chill.
