Chicken Pot Pie

Crust:
1 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. milk
1 stick margarine, melted

Filling:
2 c. chicken, boned
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 large pkg. frozen vegetables

Mix crust. Combine all ingredients for filling and pour in greased pan. Pour crust on filling mixture. Bake 1 hours at 400 degrees.

  1. I can make a double batch of this with my eyes closed...

    You don't have to grease your pan skip that step (hello... stick of butter)
    Never could figure out if 2c. on the soup was referring to cups or cans... I just put two cans in. Thursday I made a double batch and put 3 cans in... worked
    Oh and the large package of frozen vegetables is a 1 lb package.
    This freezes well and is amazing if you freeze in little pans because you can just pop it out into a bowl and zap it and have it any time you want.
