Stuffed Pepper

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
cheese
2 Tbsp. fat
1 tsp. salt
4 bell peppers
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown meat and onions. Add cooked rice and tomato sauce; simmer. Boil pepper until soft. Stuff with meat mixture; top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
