Barbecued Spareribs

3 to 4 lbs spareribs
1 large onion, sliced

Place spareribs in pan and cover with layer of onions.

Combine:
1/2 catsup
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Pour this mixture over the ribs. Repeat layers; cover and bake in 325 degree oven for 2 hours or until ribs are tender.
