Chili

3 1/2 lb. chili meat
1/3 c. chili powder
1/4 c. paprika
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
1 large can tomatoes

Cook meat 1 hour on medium heat. Add spice and onions. Add rest of ingredients. Heat and still constantly.
