Mexican 1 Pot Dinner

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 lb. ground beef
4 oz. uncooked macaroni
1 large pepper, cut in 1-inch strips
16 oz. stewed tomatoes
1 or more tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in oil for 2 minutes. Add meat and noodles; cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and cook 30 minutes. Stir 2 or 3 times.
