Spinach Salad

1 pkg. spinach, tear in bite-size
1/4 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
green onions, (desired amount)

Dressing:
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Blend dressing in blender. Add to salad just before serving.
