Green Bean and Pea Salad

1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 can English peas
2 sticks chopped celery
1 medium Green pepper
1 medium onion

Garnish with:
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
