English Pea Salad

1 can drained English peas
1/2 c. diced sweet pickle
1 c. diced cheese
1/2 c. celery
1 Tbsp. salad dressing
1/2 c. diced onion
2 boiled eggs, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pimento

Chill the peas. Mix all ingredients and toss just enough to mix with peas. Serve on lettuce leaves.
