Potato Casserole

4 c. potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 Tbsp. minced onion
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste

Mix celery soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until tender. Remove lid and allow to brown.
