1 c. rice
1 Tbsp margarine
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
Put rice, salt, butter and water in pan. Bring to a boil; cover with tight fitting lid. Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes. Do not peek until time is up. Fluff with fork. Do not rinse rice before cooking or drain after cooking. This keeps vitamins in.
