Broccoli and Rice Casserole

2 c. water
1 c. rice
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg or 1 jar of Cheez Whiz
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Cook rice in water and let cool. Take broccoli and thaw over heat with seasoning of salt and pepper to taste. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and pour in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
